Here’s how your HRA is funded.
The Fund provides a small contribution to your account each year, on January 1. It’s automatic; you don’t need to do anything to get it.
The amount you receive depends on your benefit level (Platinum Plus, Platinum, Gold, or Silver) and the number of people you cover (Single, Employee + Child(ren), or Family).
IMPORTANT: The automatic Base HRA Contribution is much less than what you need to pay your deductible . That’s why it’s important to take advantage of the My Health/My Choices Incentive Program. It gives you the opportunity to earn more for your HRA.
You can earn additional HRA dollars and increase your HRA balance when you complete Healthy Activities. The amount you can earn depends on your benefit level (Platinum Plus, Platinum, Gold, or Silver) and the number of people you cover (Single, Employee + Child(ren), or Family).
