Review the My Health/My Choices Incentive Program video and earn HRA dollars. You’ll receive $150 if you’re a Platinum Plus or Platinum Participant, or $125 if you’re a Gold or Silver Participant.
To get started, enter your Anthem Blue Cross identification number and first name, which is listed on your medical ID card. You must watch all four chapters. Once finished, you’ll be prompted to complete a form, which reports this activity to the Fund.
